No... I think Skyy Black is retired from performing. I wouldn't know how to book lethal lipps or Ms Cleo since neither of them has an agent, but I'm pretty sure neither of them lives on the west coast or in vegas. Casting is a lot more complicated than one would think. I'm not talking about anyone specific here, but when I'm casting, I have to consider business/financial factors. You might suggest a performer that I like, but maybe she lives in Europe (flying a performer to the USA would be out of our budget range). Maybe she lives in Florida and doesn't come to west coast often. Maybe her agent charges higher fees than other agents. Maybe she is retired or only performs in her own videos or local videos to where she lives. Maybe she is used to being paid a high rate for sex videos and would be insulted if we offer he a fetish scene (A big problem if she doesn't have an agent) . Maybe she has a reputation for being flaky. Maybe she has flaked on me in the past. Maybe she doesn't want to do Femdom videos (not every performer enjoys being dominant). Maybe I watched her scenes and didn't think she would be great doing our kind of scene. Maybe she doesn't fit our current needs. Maybe she has a reputation for poor hygiene (which is extremely problematic in a facesitting scene). Maybe I have two performers I'm considering and one of them tweets about her scenes and helps promote it, while the other one refuses to help promote the scene (I'm picking the one who helps promote scenes). Maybe its a performer who doesn't have an agent and is difficult to book. Maybe its a performer who does have an agent that doesn't respond to texts or emails (This happened to me last week. A performer missed out on a booking because her "agent" did not respond, and she may never even know about it). Or maybe I know something about the performer that you don't. Also , over 50% of the casting suggestions I get are performers who are retired or not currently performing..... So you get my point, right? Casting involves a lot more than just seeing a scene and saying "She's hot! Let's book her!".
