With all due respect, I will not be looking for a 70 year old man to appear in our videos. That's ridiculous in so many ways... you do realize that female performers have a choice of what scenes they appear in right? It would be hard for me to even find female performers who want to work with a 70 year old man, even if I could find one who can get an erection, lives in Vegas, can do a cum shot when it's time, show his face on camera, not be creepy to the female performers, get STD tested when he's supposed to, show up on time for his scene etc... Finding male talents is much harder that you think. If you choose the wrong one and he ruins the scene, I have to eat the costs of a day of shooting including female talent, makeup artist, crew, and more. It's also not easy to find a male performer of any age who has all those qualities who is truly submissive and will eagerly eat ass while being degraded. I think our group of me, jack, fluffy, marcelo is a good group. Each of those performers is reliable and always can be counted on to do the job. We may add someone if the right person comes along, but it's not going to be a 70 year old and probably will not be a 20 year old either.

Turns out he doesn't live in the USA and does not have a USA work VISA. That's #1 on the list of criteria. We can't hire someone unless they are legally able to work here. The other big platform is really making it hard for smaller studios to generate funds as the models have a platform to do it themselves. You either need to make a huge amount of money during your prime or create a brand or start a studio as the older you get the less interesting you get. Some type of fund raising would work but we need a solid platform for that and a good insight in with how many we are and who are willing to finance it. I really like your morals regarding the performers. If we were to try and do this funding thing it would obviously remain 100% in your control as you’re the expert and also the owner of the brand. We would propose a name and you would have to yay or nay it. After that we can try to see the demand as a group of people. If done correctly this will also create more visibility for the brand and hopefully grow it so we can enjoy even more due to the need of generating attention on the socials etc. Regarding the male performers it’s basically 1 weeks worth of FTE in time. Which makes it more like a hobby in which you rist everything if you don’t have a lot of other studios you are working with. Don’t know the hourly rate but I guess you’d need to atleast multiply the hours 10-20x to make a living of it.

No.... crowdfunding sounds like a good idea but if you play it out, it really would't work. 1) Paying performers more money who don't really want to do this kind of scene is going to result in bad scenes 2) If I paid big money to some performers, it will destroy my wage scale. Other performers will find out and say "if you paid that much to her, I want to be paid that much!" (rightfully so!). So pretty soon, I would have to pay everyone more. It makes way more sense to remain aware of what industry standard rates are and try to be within that range. Over 50 female performers have messaged me over the past 90 days to say they love our scenes, are interested in femdom, and want to work for us. Oh I agree - there’s nothing unfair about a performer with a larger audience asking for more money. We do pay more for Ryan Conner, for example. But the business question has to be asked for anyone who wants more : is her scene going to make more money than a scene with a less expensive performer? Victoria was asking for double what a regular performer was asking and 1) her scene wouldn’t have made enough money for it to make sense and 2) it would throw off the wage scale. Paying a little more for a performer like Ryan Conner makes sense, partially because she wants to be here. Paying double wouldn’t make sense. Some performers can make us an extra 20% over average revenue but 200% is unrealistic. Last time I talked to Alexis Texas she asked me what kind of content we make. That’s after shooting her 7 or 8 times she didn’t even remember what we shoot. Her scenes never made us revenue that was above average for one of our scenes. Believe me… she has no interest in doing a new scene for us or any other companies unless it’s for insane money. And when I talk about that kinda money I’m not talking about double. I’m talking 10-20 times what we normally pay. There’s no reason for someone making as much as she does on her OF to go back to shooting for mainstream porn companies. The only person who would be worth paying a huge amount for would be Jessa Rhodes. She’s our all time seller by a long way and she always enjoyed performing for us. But she is happily retired with no plans of coming back to our industry.

I get a little triggered when people ask me to put my performers in unsafe situations, so let's try to put this in a nicer way :). When you ask someone who is 225-250 pounds like Ryan Conner to kneel on a smaller guy's chest with full weight, you are putting him in danger. It's highly likely you could crack someone's ribs that way or cause a variety of other injuries. If you go back, for example, and look at the scene with Karen Fisher we had her leaning back to distribute her weight (which was much less than Ryan Conner is now) so that it was mostly just her big soft butt that was putting weight on his chest. You did not see her kneeling on a guy's chest with full weight. You guys need to understand - I'm an employer. Just like when you go to work at your job and expect them to not ask you to do something which might put you in urgent care or the hospital, my employees expect me to not put them in dangerous situations. I'm a one person company who is just big enough to get sued but small enough that one lawsuit could put me out of business.
