The easiest way to cancel your membership is to just click on the support email at the bottom of every page and say "CANCEL" (please include your username). If you signed up via ccbill, you can cancel at support.ccbill.com. If you signed up via netbilling, you can cancel at https://secure.netbilling.com/gw/native/selfservice1.2?110386154663. I have forwarded your cancel request to our customer support rep and he has now canceled your membership. Check your spam folder if you don't see a confirmation email. :)

very good to hear! Yuri is really only supposed to be working from 8am-8pm every day but I know he often works earlier and later to answer all support requests.
