Hi everyone - here's what's happening. Well... it turns out my job isn't just having my face sat on by beautiful women. I know you all like to hear about behind the scenes things, so I'll share the story with you... Sometimes the job can be frustrating... Last week we had an industry-wide shutdown because a performer tested positive for HIV in Florida. The good news is that the system worked and prevented anyone from transmitting HIV to another performer on set. The bad news is that we had to postpone the Ryan Conner scene. She spent $220 on Monday to get tested, and then the next day was told the industry was halting all production. The hold was lifted on Thursday, but Ryan was not available to shoot until Monday. Well... of course something else came up. On Saturday night, Ryan let me know that she had a family emergency and had to leave town. These things happen... Ryan is not a full time performer these days. She has a lot going on in her life, and she can be difficult to schedule but of course she's worth it. Meanwhile, the rest of the schedule and the business were falling apart. We had a scene scheduled for this Wednesday with Tera Winters... When the industry shutdown happened, I texted her to say "Hey there... Since we are working together next week, I just wanted to share information with you about the industry shutdown that I got from the people in charge". She did not reply to my text. As a producer who has been in the biz for 20+ years, I know this: when you text a performer before a scene for a legit business reason and you don't get a reply, your scene is probably not going to happen. Sure enough at 10PM Saturday night, I got a text from Tera's agent with an excuse about why Tera needs to postpone the scene. So, suddenly I had both scenes canceled for this week. And to go along with it, my washing machine leaked water through the ceiling of my 3rd floor house onto my second floor. Other problems too, I but I wont bore you with more of my personal life. So... here's how we addressed things: 1) A day after not receiving a reply from Tera, I had a backup in place. One of our meanbitches members had suggested a new scene with Jade Kimiko, so I had already asked her to be ready to fill in for Tera. To replace Ryan, I needed someone with a big ass. After checking with some agents, I settled on Rebel Lynn. Rebel was very thin last time we shot her but has become a lot more thick over the last few years. She's nowhere near the size of Ryan Conner, but she's definitely very curvy. Then I also booked a new Jade Kimiko scene for Friday. And I bought a new washer/dryer combo. We still have 45 inch ass Lexi Love on the calendar for next week, a new Stephanie Love scene on the calendar for mid July, and we will rebook Ryan Conner as soon as she gets back and tells me her available dates. So plenty of big asses coming!

I'm trying to remember to share random things with my MeanBitches family... I just had a thought that you all might find interesting: You are less likely to see us do a new dungeon scene or strip club scene for the next three months. Because... The strip club set and the dungeon set are upstairs at my studio, and the air conditioning up there is much louder than the downstairs air conditioning. The temperature can get up to around 115 degrees here in Vegas during July and August. It's really hard to shoot even 10 minutes at a time with it off. Sometimes we brave it and do it anyway... we freeze some big bottles of water and put some silent fans next to them to create a bit of chilled mist. But it's still not great... so we might have to go a few months without. I personally love those strip club scenes tho... so we shall see. --Glenn

More bad luck with trying to shoot the new Ryan Conner scene. Someone in the adult industry in Florida tested positive for HIV. When that happens, the entire industry shuts down until we can test everyone involved and make sure it won't be spread. We hope this only takes a few days to resolve, so that we can shoot the Ryan Conner scene soon without having to postpone a few weeks. --Glenn UPDATE: The Production Hold has been lifted. Basically, they tested everyone who had sexual contact with the infected person and everyone was negative. This indicates that it did not spread from that person to anyone else in the industry. We can't prevent people in our industry from having sex with people they are dating, someone they just met at a club, or some other random person. All we can do is prevent them from spreading it. Anyway... now the trick is to get the Ryan Conner scene rescheduled as soon as possible. We are aiming for Monday, and I just need to get a confirmation from our makeup artist. With the 3 cancellations we've had in the last 4 weeks, I was a little concerned about running out of content to put up... that's not gonna happen. :)

Hi everyone! Here's what's happening: We shot a great scene this week with Blake Blossom. It's really different when working with someone who has been to my house and dominated me for fun off camera. You can see a stronger connection, but maybe a little less meaner... This week we are finally shooting Ryan Conner (hopefully)! I took myself out of the cast and put in Silas. I've been in too much lately. We will give the younger guy a chance. He will do a great job! Others on the calendar: Tera Winters, Lexi Love. I need to do some casting for July... People have asked for me to talk about how things work behind the scenes, so now is a great time to talk about how we go about creating new scenes for July. The first thing I look at this: what types of performers do I want to cast? We try to shoot a good variety so everyone gets what they want. I have 4 scenes to fill. Assuming we get the Ryan Conner scene shot, we will have a good big butt scene coming, and we also have Lexi Love on the calendar, so I'm gonna start by focusing on other types. It has been a while since we had an asian performer. I'm thinking of either Ember Snow or Jade Kimiko, Goddess Lolly. Next, I want a pro domme or someone with a lot of domme experience. Helly Hellfire is ready to come out of retirement and she has been doing IRL domme sessions for the last few years. There's two scenes. After that is the hard part. I could either go for an african american performer (maybe Baby Gemini), or maybe it's time for another Ashlyn Peaks scene. I also could look at our pool of fresh faces or touring talent and see if anyone looks exciting. There's a little insight about how my casting thinking works.
