In the past, either Netbilling or CCBill had your information and we never got to see it. Now segpay has it and the only thing we at MeanBitches get to see is your email address. We have never sold or given anyone's information out, and NEVER WILL. That said, you can always ask to delete your information. But if you signed up after May 23, 2024, you need to contact Segpay to have them delete it. We didn't make the decision to switch to segpay without a lot of thought. We did it to make things easier for you. It's easier to cancel now and it's easier to get support. They have 24 hour support and even a phone number to call. We hope everyone is seeing the benefits of our transition to Segpay. If you joined via segpay and have any problems with accessing the site, you can contact segpay and get immediate support at cs.segpay.com. -Glenn

We wanted to make it easier for you to reset your password, cancel your membership, and get 24 hour support. One important thing to note, however: we do not have the power to cancel your segpay membership for you. So if you joined after May 23, 2024 and want to cancel, go to https://cs.segpay.com/. Its easy, and they even have a 24 hour phone number for you to call if you need help. If you signed up before May 23, 2024, you either signed up via Netbilling or CCBill. If your charge says "MBIT PRODUCTIONS" on your statement, you signed up via Netbilling. You can cancel by entering your username and password at https://secure.netbilling.com/gw/native/selfservice1.2?110386154663 . If you signed up using ccbill, your statement will say CCBILL, and you can cancel at https://support.ccbill.com/. If you joined before May 23, you can always email support@meanbitches.com and we will cancel for you. If you joined after may 23, 2024, you must go to https://cs.segpay.com/ to cancel. -Glenn King
